Studying and modeling steel structures
We take your requirements into account in line with your wishes by means of specifications or a site survey, to size the steel structure according to the loads applied and to design and digitally model the structures to be built. You will be given a set of plans and 3D files for your approval prior to construction.
Manufacturing steel structures
Rolled sections and sheet metal are supplied, received and cut in our workshops to make the elementary components. These individual parts are then welded and bolted together to form the various parts of the structures. During the manufacturing process, the parts are held on templates adapted to the geometry to be produced.
Assembling the structures
The delivery and assembly of the metal structures is mainly carried out by our teams. Our machinery fleet covers most situations usually encountered on a site: semi-trailer lorries and heavy goods vehicles for delivery; self-propelled lifting cranes; height access platforms suitable for a wide variety of work configurations.
Expertise: reinforcing and welding existing structures
Our expertise is frequently called upon to carry out preventive or corrective maintenance on construction works and structural metal components, or more simply to make changes to accommodate the loads applied to a structure. On-site surveys provide the initial information needed to study variants in or modifications to the metal structure, and define the operating procedure for the work to be carried out.
Heavy equipment handling
The machinery in our fleet, the resources available in our company and the special equipment designed and defined by our design office all complement each other. This means that, thanks to our teams’ expertise, we can offer handling services for machines and equipment in terms of loading, unloading or positioning them on supports.
